　　三是丰富的应用场景，增强了发展数字经济的带动力。宁夏建成全区智慧教育平台，可以让广大城乡学生同上一堂优质课，实现山区孩子的名校梦。宁夏开通远程数字诊疗中心，可以让广大群众在家门口连线全国各地的专家，实现人在宁夏、就医全国。宁夏率先实现了电子商务进农村全域覆盖，发布了医疗健康、安全生产等领域的人工智能大模型，算力生态正在加快形成。

　　买彦州指出，下一步，宁夏将采取非常举措、支持非常产业、实现非常发展，全力打造“中国算力之都”，为数字中国建设贡献更多宁夏力量。

　　在东数西算方面，新建一批绿色数据中心，尽快建成全国大型智算基地，让宁夏的电力变成全国的算力，跑出数字经济加速度。

　　在数据要素方面，加快实施产业数字化，新建100个重点应用项目，推动传统产业智能升级，为千行百业插上数字化的翅膀。

　　在人工智能方面，全面开展人工智能+行动，积极争创国家人工智能创新应用先导区，加大数据和场景开放应用，赋予相关系统各种智能，让它们聪明起来。

　　买彦州介绍，今年9月，宁夏将举办第三届“西部数谷”算力产业大会，届时将有更多内容和惊喜，热烈欢迎各界朋友共襄盛会。
